Following two years of closed borders and travel restrictions, Pollinate Brandcasting created a live online program for Mat McLachlan Battlefield Tours to relaunch the brand coinciding with Remembrance Day. The program targeted audiences across Australia, including travellers, travel agents, media, and influencers, and was designed to honour, commemorate, and highlight battlefield travel. Guests were virtually transported to the Western Front, Kokoda, and Vietnam, while a 3D bunker and trench system served as the stage for the presentation. Hosted by Mat McLachlan, the program featured interviews with expert historians from Australia and France, along with battlefield flyovers, current site visuals, and historic images, bringing the ANZAC stories vividly to life
Pollinate Brandcasting to united nearly 5,000 RSL LifeCare employees across NSW for the brand’s 2024 relaunch. Hosted by CEO Janet Muir, the program revealed the new branding — including logos, colour schemes, uniform designs, and collateral — while guiding the team on company values and daily implementation. The virtual set featured three screens, a 3D audience, and remote guests, creating an engaging and immersive experience.
Ashurst’s CPD Boost transformed their traditional in-person training into a highly engaging online experience, reaching over 7,000 guests across four sessions – ten times more than previous face-to-face events. The innovative 3D virtual space brought Ashurst’s brand to life, combining high-quality presentations with interactive panels featuring speakers from across Australia and internationally. With an average attendance of 1,600 per session and peak participation exceeding 3,000 guests, the series delivered outstanding ROI at a lower total cost than traditional sessions.
